When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you write, so that we can respond to you. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for our records.

Our services run on Australian infrastructure with multi-layer security, encryption in transit and regular backups. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it.

TelcoCentric Pty Ltd acts as a reseller and uses part of the 4G and 3G mobile network and capabilities of Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) to provide our mobile services. Complaints may be raised with us first and, if unresolved, with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
